Solution Design

In Waterfall development, we will produce high and low-level functional specifications based on the customer’s requirements. Making extensive use of Architecture Diagrams, Business Process flows, E-R Diagrams and UML Diagrams to clearly define the functionality required.

In Agile development, we work closely with the Business Analysts and Test teams to break down the User Stories into sub-tasks and smaller stories where required. Then, implement the functionality during the development phase and support the test teams through their testing phases.

About Drummond Software

Drummond Software started as A. M. Drummond Ltd in January 2008, initially working on developing and supporting a legacy CRM and Sales system for a global communications business. These systems were built on Unix and Oracle, using Graham Technology’s GT-X system. We worked on the full stack of the development process from concept to implementation. This includes integration with external technologies through middleware and micro-services.

We continued working on the GT-X Architecture within the Retail and Telesales industries, sub-contracting within multiple development teams until 2018.
